Richard Garland

With over 30 years of hotel and leisure management operations behind him, Richard not only provides the design teams with an insider’s knowledge of the industry, but supports and enhances the creative and design management service offered to clients as he naturally thinks like an operator. In addition to heading up the Business Development and Strategic Positioning roles at both Richmond and Areen with his international experience and global connections, he also provides a perspective on hospitality management and development which a number of clients and partners find increasingly valuable at a time when the industry expects a greater return on its investment in design.
