Michaela founded h2c GmbH in 2001. The company is based in Germany and specializes in hospitality commerce, and supports hotel chains and individual properties, increasing their online sales. The International Executive MBA at the Rotterdam School of Management/Erasmus University strengthened her skills in marketing, finance, leadership development und change management. The beginning of her career started with a professional hospitality education program.
