Not wanting to put our own necks on the line, The Hotel Yearbook farmed this article concept out to Ashleigh Carroll and Michael Jansen, two students at the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management in Dubai. They contacted Nicholas Clayton, the Chief Executive Officer, Group Operations, of the Jumeirah Group, who gamely answered their ten questions as follows.
